I"ve never done it, it wont freeze, but perhaps the flavor of rum might be destroyed when cooled. Anyone know?Vodka, go for a classic vodka tonic. Vodka + Tonic + Lime wedge.Rum, if you got many types, go make a Zombie. It"s a lot of rum with pineapple juice.

That is how I drink my hard liquor. The cold seems to take off the edge (after taste) when you drink it neat - or at least to me it does.

I think you can put any liquor in the freezer, as long as the alcohol content is higher than 40% ?!?!?!
